We are Erin and Elliot, two travel hounds, (about to be) unleashed.
Last November Elliot and I took a trip to Peru. We spent two weeks trekking the Inca Trail, the Amazon, and Lake Titicaca. A modest trip by many standards. Just enough to get our feet wet, I suppose. We met some amazing people along the way, many of whom had been on the road for months. Jealousy ensued. We thought to ourselves, How can we make this happen for us? So back to NYC, home, we went, all the while scratching our heads in search of a cure for our newly acquired travel bug.

I am a web designer/developer by profession! I am also a photographer, with an actual degree, but photography is my passion, not my job. However, I wish it was my job! I grew up in rural New Hampshire, far far removed the bustling life of my current home here in New York City.
Elliot
I am a Public Relations Executive! I like to wear frilly hats and frocks.
What's with the DAWG theme, you ask?
We have a dog, Bodi, he is the inspiration for everything funny, enjoyable, entertaining, lovable and beautiful in our lives. The "New Dog" part comes from my grandfather, that's what he calked him when I first got him, and 4 years later the name still sticks. Sadly, when we do finally travel for a year, we will not be able to take him with us. He'll get a nice long vacation up at my parents' house in the countryside. Which will be nice for him, but we'll miss him terribly. Perhaps having his mark on our travelogue will be a nice way to think about him while we're gone.
